Location: Mumbai Shift: 11:30 am- 8:30 pm About the role: The Legal and Compliance division of a leading global bank is looking for a Manager with minimum 5 years of experience for reviewing, drafting and negotiation of contracts including agreements related to Software/ Hardware/ Multimedia/ Professional Services/ Renewals/ Termination letters/ NDAs, etc. Responsibilities: - Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of contracts - Privacy Impact Assessment - Assisting and maintaining form/template contracts - Handling large-scale contract remediation and data extraction projects - Conducting legal research and assisting in project work - Tracking status of legal matters Skills: - Qualified lawyer LLB (LLM will be an added advantage) - 5-8 years- post qualification experience at a law firm or in-house role in financial services or technology sectors - Understanding of legal documents and terminologies - Prior legal research/projects/data background is preferable - MS Office (Excel proficiency is required -specific focus on excel macros) - Knowledge of document automation, contract analysis and other legal tech software preferable - Stakeholder management and leadership skills
