Manager - Legal - LLB - FMCG/BFSI (6-8 yrs)

The incumbent would be responsible for following duties :
- Contract management - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting contracts and various types of legal documents including financial, purchasing contracts, Leases, RFPs, LOI, MOUs, NDA, RFI, lease, license and other regular business contracts.
- Advisor to the company on all legal matters including commercial laws, IPR, medico legal, labour and other relevant laws.
- Understanding about govt regulatory bodies.
- Should be expert in contract drafting, Preparing MOU, Statuary Audit & Company Law.
- Should be good in Dash-boarding, Excel, SRIS.
Reporting to Head - Legal
Eligibility Criteria :
- LLB (Full time) with 6-9 years of experience in healthcare industry, services or FMCG would be helpful.
- Sound knowledge in the areas of commercial laws, real estate, property and Healthcare related laws.
- Should be hands-on with MS Office - Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- The key accountabilities are in the area of Legal, Compliances and Contract law.
