JD OF LITIGATION POSITION :

Required a candidate of 5-7 years of experience in a well-reputed organization or MNC and who has done LL.B from reputed law college in India and should have practical exposure pertaining to court procedures related to release of the vehicle, filing legal cases, appearance before Court for the civil and criminal matter.Candidate should be responsible to represent the cases at various locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :

- Filing of court cases related to motor vehicle act, appear for and on behalf of the Company to defend before civil and criminal courts.

- Having experience of handling the cases under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

- Drafting of Legal Notice, written statement, counter statements, writ, petition, reply, rejoinder.

- Representation of Company before courts, statutory authorities, and regulators for release of vehicles, drivers;

- Well versed with the drafting of complaints, the filing of FIR before police department and magistrate.

- Exposure related to cases of Negotiable Instruments Act, Recovery of funds by sending legal notice and filing of the legal case.

- Understand the Customer Agreement, Service Agreement, Vendor Agreements and help in making the agreement more law compliant and strict to avoid lengthy litigation and arbitration procedure.

- Candidate must be dynamic having good communication skills (both oral and written), go getter and have the drive to learn new skills.
