Manager - Legal - LLB

Candidate Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Practice area in a Law Firm.

- Good knowledge of Corporate Practice areas including various corporate transactions.

- Excellent skills in Preparation/Drafting/Vetting of Corporate legal Documents.

- Good knowledge about regulatory compliance and approval issues

- Expertise in legal issues concerning corporate governance, ethics, contracts and employment law.

Qualification :

LLB from a reputed Law College
