We have opening as a Manager-Legal with one of our Client.

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Description :

- Draft and vet org-wide agreements and ensure they are in the company's best interest.

- Negotiate agreements with the parties and close them.

- Work on all government registrations, filings, follow-ups with departments.

- End to end responsibility of legal documentation, processes and policies.

- Coordinate with our external and investor counsels during fund-raise, and ensure the company is always due-diligence ready.

- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations and timelines.

- Actively lookout for industry-specific developments and ensure the company remains compliant.

- Ability to analyze issues for their long and short term impact on the company.

- Have legal knowledge and ability to look at things from a business perspective.

- Drive to work independently and solve problems efficiently within timelines.

- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and clarity of thought.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams and external partners.

- Ability to learn and implement quickly on the job, thirst to remain updated in the field.

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Bangalore

Joining: Immediate joinees preferred/ up to 1 month of notice period
