Manager - Legal - Land Acquisitions & Civil Construction (5-8 yrs)
Business Contract Vetting and Management.
- Exposure of litigation handling, drafting / vetting of pleadings, replies, compliance etc.
- Handling of all kinds of recovery matters including civil recovery and matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Liasioning with Various Authority and departments like DRI, CBI, Indian Customs, Labour Department & Inspectors under various laws (Labour Inspector, Food Inspector, Legal Metrology etc.)
Handling Land acquisitions & civil construction matters :
- Handling legal notices / replies.
- Compliance related experience (exposure in identifying and assessing legal risk in business environment with a view to ensure compliance of applicable laws and regulations)
- Real Estate Management, including carrying out of Legal Due Diligence
