Experience - 6 - 10 Years
Responsibilities :
- Execution of related party transaction documentation, structuring cross border transactions for repatriation of funds and so on Statutory and Labour Compliance
- All matters related to the incorporation of the group entities in external territories, including acting as the liaison with all third party consultants for post incorporation compliances
- Manage compliance to all labour laws applicable to Company
- Devise and implement policies around anti-corruption/ anti-bribery/ anti-money laundering laws around the world
- Devising and implementing policies around GDPR and data protection for the company.
- Ensure the highest levels of corporate governance in all actions Contract Lifecycle
- End to end management of a contract lifecycle, including standardization of templates, drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating and executing agreements and maintaining a tracker for existing agreements
Requirement :
The candidate must be an LLB & a quailed Company Secretary
- 6-10 years of experience in handling various Corporate Counsel & Company Secretarial
Must have : Company secretary, Legal Compliance
