Job Description :
- Vetting / drafting / execution / registration of various kinds of Business agreements
- Conduct due diligence and prepare the diligence reports to support the business expansion plan.
- Ensuring all compliance (Labor, Municipal, etc licenses) as applicable
- Contract Management (proper documentation and up keeping of all agreements, contracts and their renewals on time)
- Partnering with business for support on day to day basis
- Drafting, implementation & training for SOPs and policies within the company.
- Dispute Management including litigation management
- Patent filing is mandatory
