Medlife an e-healthcare company headquartered in Bangalore is looking for a Legal Manager. Roles and Responsibilities : - Working with a pharmaceutical company. Knowledge of ecommerce will be preferred but not mandatory. - Hands on with Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Food law, license requirements, legal metrology regulations, label claims. - Must have handled inspections and audits under the D&amp;C Act, legal metrology, Undertake liaison with authorities under D&amp;C Act, Food Law etc for licenses on a need basis. - Well versed with Intellectual Property laws - especially trademark and patents applications, opposition, prosecutions. - Drafting of appeals under D&amp;C Act, prepare standard operating procedures and set up processes for risk management and overall improvement of compliance climate.
