- Candidate should be good in Land Acquisition.

- Drafting agreements, LOI/MOU for concluding Deal Closure.

- Liaise and coordinate with HO Legal team to attend to any matters related to Land Acquisition by any authorities with respect to CO Land parcels.

- Maintain proper records and MIS.

- Overall they would look at candidates seniority level, management skills, confidence level to handle the profile, interact with Business Heads / Stakeholder.

- Candidate should be qualified LLB with min 7 + yrs of work experience working in Infra / Power companies doing Land Acquisition, contracts.
