Manager - Legal - IFS

Responsibility - 

i. Supporting high-end corporate work - such as joint ventures, practice augmentation, partnership deeds.

ii. Corporate work such as procurement.

iii. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.

iv. Drive projects for the RRO team, Supporting other Functions in matters such as clients and markets,etc

v. Risk identification and managing/mitigation, and other legal matters.

vi, Drive projects for the RRO team

vii. Developing formats/templates for various contracts.

viii, Assistance in developing polices for the firm from risk and quality perspective

ix. Assistance in preparing material (presentations) for workshops & training programs.
