1) Review and editing of legal documents including but not limited to MOUs, Leave &amp; License Agreements, Sales Deeds, Service Contracts etc. 2) Co-ordinating with lawyers, Solicitors etc for drafting of agreements, maintaining all legal documentation. 3) Co-ordination of permissions process for NOCs, B&amp;B licenses, FSSAI, etc. for the hospitality business. 4) Drafting, Reviewing and maintaining all commercial contracts. 5) Understanding laws &amp; regulations 6) Co-ordinating with clients, counter parts and other stakeholders. 7) Support commercial and legal heads in all other work. 8) Any other tasks as delegated from time to time by the Commercial Partners. 9) Provide and supervise various legal support including vetting contracts in the region and other documents. 10) Handling other corporate legal matters such as service contracts, assisting business negotiations, leading legal negotiations and handling all legal matters; 11) To provide legal advice to the regional business team on day to day basis, other departments; abreast of current on legal and regulatory matters; monitoring all legal/ statutory approvals, permits and licenses in within the region; 12) Alignment with legal on major legal matters related to region and coordinate on the management of the legal function within the region in an effective way; 13) Assist in legal advice to the business team on day to day basis, other departments; abreast of current on legal and regulatory matters; monitoring all legal/ statutory approvals, permits and licenses in within the region.
