Designation: Legal Claim Manager (MACT Cases)

Experience: 10+ years of work experience in Legal Activities

Education: LLB

NOTE: MACT cases experience is compulsory with team handling experience in legal claim activities.

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims and other legal related issues

- Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims

- Ensure effective implementation of processes set by the company and department

- Co-ordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims

- Training to the team and internal customers on legal developments and enactments

- Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts and other regulatory and administrative bodies

- Guiding departments on actionable to reduce the litigation

- Leading the team in effective handling of the legal claims
