Manager - Legal - FMCG/FMCD/Pharma - LLB/CS

We are hiring for a Global MNC Client.

- Candidate must be Law graduate and Company Secretary

- Work Exp - 5 to 10 years

- Should have working experience into Listed MNC.

- Candidates who are working in MNC Listed companies only need to apply.

- Candidates working in NON LISTED companies are not qualify to apply.

Job Profile :

- Develop Corporate Governance practices for the company & the group companies in India and supervise the implementation of the same.

- Ensure compliance of all applicable provisions of Companies Act including doing all the applicable filings on time with the required disclosures and certifications, calling for statutory meetings and ensuring accurate record maintenance, reporting and filings.

- Drafting, reviewing and finalizing of various corporate contracts, memorandum of understandings, CSR projects legal documentation and due diligence, engagement letters, etc., drafting responses to various letters, legal notices etc., development / review of policies from a legal perspective and other legal activities as may be assigned from time to time.

- Manage legal aspects including due diligence, document review, identification and resolution of operational and legal issues, obtaining of regulatory and third-party approvals and closing.

- Handle statutory compliance programs; policy/ internal guidelines/SOPs formulation. Advise on compliance with internal policies, statutes, and other regulatory requirements.

- Ensure regulatory & secretarial compliances related to all offices across locations including international geographies.
