Key Accountabilities : DIMENSIONS - Consult with attorneys or solicitors as necessary to address legal and compliance issues. Provide assistance to auditors in inspection or review of matters pertaining to risks &amp; compliance - Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation such as case papers, appeals etc. - Managing compliance and integrity issues with Vendor teams - Maintain records of all vendor agreements, customer agreement and if in case agreements are not in place then regularize the same within the timelines - Liaison with various law firms, counsels, consultants on various matters, and appear before the authorities and courts as and when needed. a) 70% non-litigation - Drafting agreement, contracts etc b) 20% litigation - Court cases, summons c) 10% compliance Only male candidates required.
