Job Description :

- In-depth knowledge of Legality in Insurance Sector

- Ability to grasp and understand the Regulatory requirements vis--vis laid down Guidelines

- Will be responsible for ensuring Regulatory Compliance in all aspects of Insurance Business, Preparing checklist of IRDAI guidelines

- Should be able to understand and guide the Business Head/Management on this very important aspect of Business

- Capability of conducting Training on Compliance to Stakeholders. Will be beneficial /preferred

- AML review of operations

- Testing of Compliance System

- Follow up / closure of action bales coming from New IRDAI guidelines
