Position : Legal & compliance Manager

Location : Bangalore

Job role :

The Legal & Compliance Manager will be managing Contract Negotiations, IPR Matters, Litigation, FSSAI and Legal Metrology issues along with Statutory and Ethical Compliance.

Education :

- Law Graduate preferably with a commercial incline

Experience Needed (Professional) :

- Should have in house experience in domestic / multinational company (FMCG preferred)

- Qualification in more than one jurisdiction will be an added advantage

- Familiarity with operational, HR and commercial side of business is preferable

- Contract negotiation

- Litigation management

- Statutory and regulatory compliance

- Ethical Compliance
