An exciting opportunity for a Legal aspirant with a core experience in Commercial Contracting with extensive knowledge and experience in Copyrights.

LOCATION: Mumbai

YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER:

A leading, entertainment network, housing famous channel brands that offer wide- ranging entertainment experiences.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Reviewing and draft Commercial agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Copyrights litigations.

- Providing support on litigation matters by drafting file notes and conducting legal research

- Briefing the Group General Counsel and the Global Legal Head of Insurance on case proceedings and briefing external counsel whenever necessary.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

- Post Graduate or undergraduate in LLB/LLM

- High level of competency in Copyrights and regulations pertaining to IPR.

- Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Request for Proposals (RFP), Service Level Agreements and ancillary drafts

- Working knowledge of MS office

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
