Manager - Legal - BPO/ITeS (8-15 yrs)
1. Reviews, drafts and negotiates major account agreements, consulting agreements, licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for customers, Vendor Agreements, Marketing Agreements.
2. Drives contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process,
3. Respond to, or analyses RFIs, RFPs, RFQs or customer terms & conditions as needed.
4. Responsible for drafting and vetting of indemnity bonds, corporate guarantees, bank guarantees and affidavits etc.,
5. Responsible for drafting of legal notices and reply to the notices.
6. Respond to legal queries raised by the business.
