Manager - Legal - BFSI

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drafting, Vetting and Negotiating Contracts and legal documents of the Company for all Internal Functions

- Drafting Responses to legal notices from lessors of leased properties and vendors.

- Advising on legal matters of the Company within the parameters of the regulatory and legal framework

- Assist in creation and implementation of various processes for the legal function.

- Reporting of Data and miscellaneous tasks.
