Manager - Legal - BFS

Salary offered; upto 30 LPA

- Advising the team across the country on contracts, tenders, negotiations.

- Supporting the Development team on operational issues such as HR legal, real estate (lease agreement, title search), facilities (agreement with property managers, contractors, architects), admin (agreement with transport operators, caterer).

- Supporting the legal team across the country in the review of tender and bid documentation for governmental and large corporate tenders.

- Contributing as a team player on a broad spectrum of commercial/ legal issues.

- To appoint advocates and solicitors to represent on behalf of the organization in case of litigation and to liaison with, instruct them.

- Draft legal contracts/bi & tripartite agreements, joint venture agreements, service agreements, lease & sale agreements and loan agreements.

- Represent Company in legal notices, settlements, conciliation/adjudication /arbitration, and corporate statutory compliance.

- Handle all labor matters pertaining to industrial relations of the company.

- To assist in Litigations Matters.

- Verifying Business Contracts / Agreements.

- Monitoring of contractual obligations & reporting deviations / breaches to the concerned unit Head.

- Monitoring compliance with the applicable statutes.

- Advise on legal matters.

- Handle client dealings.

- Provide strategic legal advice and act proactively as required to minimize legal risks faced by the company.

- Verification of service agreements

- Lassoing with government Authorities.
