 Drafting, vetting and negotiation of various contracts and documents such as :

- Third party vendor agreement, service agreement, software licensing agreement

- Business correspondence agreement

- Lease agreement, Leave & license agreement,

- NDA,

- MOU

- Letters & LOI etc

- Should be well versed with Law of contracts, banking law, law related to IPR.

- Representing the company in negotiating contracts with client

- Providing legal advice that includes all aspects of analysis, research and drafting

- Preparation of research reports

- Assist the legal department in day to day functioning
