Manager - Legal - Automobile OEM (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for Legal Manager with a leading automobile OEM based at Chennai.
Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience with Law background.
Must have thorough knowledge of handling various types of litigation, court procedures, liaisioning with advocates, strong, drafting and vetting contracts, legal opinions, excellent communications and facilitation Skills, good knowledge of MS Office package
Responsible for :
All agreements- drafting, vetting and negotiation
Litigations - Civil, Criminal, Consumer and other legislations
Legal Notices - Drafting and issuance of notices and sending replies to legal notices
One point contact with HQ for trademarks, designs and copyrights; trademark search; follow-up with HQ on status of registration etc.
