SECRETARIAL: The Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring all the Corporate Law, SEBI and Listing Obligations related Compliances.

He/she would be responsible to:

- COMPLIANCE

- LEGAL

- Drafting and vetting various kinds of legal documents

Required Candidate profile:

- Minimum Educational Qualification Required: LLB/CS or equivalent legal degree

- Working experience in a listed organization
