Manager - Legal - Advertising Firm

- Drafting, vetting of Service Agreements with Clients and Vendors, Leave and License / Lease Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Letter of Engagements, HR Consultant Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Letter of Appointments and other profit-sharing arrangements.

- Drafting and vetting of Deed of Assignment and undertakings with respect to copyrights and trademarks.

- Reviewing of images and licenses with respect to their usage with respect to clients advertisements.

- Handling client calls, negotiating on contract terms and resolving conflicts.

- Replying to legal notices and coordinating with the advocates and providing them a brief on the legal matters and keeping updates of the legal matters of the Company.

Key Accountabilities

- Assists in provision of high quality support to internal functions on legal matters.

- Assists in negotiating and drafting of agreements/documentation

- Assists in providing day to day support to the internal functions of the Company by providing opinions, interpretations, etc

- Works closely with external lawyers/ consultants in seeking opinions/clarifications and liaison with impanelled lawyers

Working Relationship Within Business Units:

Works closely with distribution channels, client servicing, finance and human resources business heads.

Salary offered: 12-15LPA
