Manager - Leasing Proposals - RFP/Planning/Scheduling & Costing - Real Estate (5-12 yrs)

Position : Manager - Leasing Support (Proposals)

Location : Mumbai

Experience (In yrs) : 5-8 Yrs.

Desired Profile ;

- Exposure to real estate industry, infrastructure / industrial preferred

- Experience in Techno commercial working and knows how to create RFP for lease spaces

- Understanding of Projects/construction Designs and know how to work on schedules, COP & annexures

 - Knowledge of construction and understanding of its costing

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to understand project designs, submit RFP as per agreed SLAs

- Responsible to maintain and update the massing plans, submission of schedules, update costing and its finalisation as per projects signoff from internal department and management for RFP

- Coordinate within departments for identifying and submitting COP in time, sign offs, maintenance of COP schedule.

- Prepare invoices for all approved COP- sas per agreed SLA

- Responsible for Timely finalisation of annexures and schedules require for lease agreementsand LOI/ATL/LD

- Responsible to deal with auditors and resolve queries 100% related to documentation/leasing transactions

- Responsible to adhere policies and procedures

Qualification : BE Civil

Technical Qualification ERP/SAP

- Skills Communication skills (persuasive, negotiation, influencing and written)

- Proficient in English language

- Strong analytical abilities

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
