Manager - Leasing & Customer Service
Department - Marketing &CS Department
- Marketing and Customer Services Seeking leasing professional with 6-12 yrs. of real estate experience.
- Knowledge of regional India market intelligence, occupier network, and contacts is critical to the function.
- Experience working with international property consultants and/or real estate developers is preferred.
- Should have concluded multiple transactions in IT Parks, in a personal capacity.
- Develop new client relationships and manage existing relations.
- Develop and maintain excellent network with IPCs and local brokers
- Generate leads through own client relations and also from the IPCs/Brokers
- Independently anchor all the lease transactions.
- Negotiate the agreements with the clients along with city legal counsel. Sound negotiation skills, well versed with lease documentation
- MIS and reporting, Market Intelligence
- Develop project collaterals and marketing materials
- Prepare client proposal and RFP response - in co-ordination with projects
- Work with Leasing Head / City Heads in developing marketing, leasing strategy, and investment decision making
