Educational qualification: Masters in Human Resources, Certification in Organization Development and Change Management Certifications in L&amp;D, Assessment Centers, Psychometric tools Level Specific accountabilities: 1. Organization Development : a. The incumbent will be accountable to provide organizational development thought leadership and support in implementing the same. b. Be the internal OD consultant for various organizational capability building and strategic change initiatives. c. Partner the business in managing the change for their critical business initiatives. d. Communicate and broadband OD and Change initiatives across the organization. 2. Learning and Development - As a process owner for L&amp;D, she/he will be responsible to; a. Ensure that the L&amp;D process is customized to the needs of the business and is overhauled periodically. b. The L&amp;D process is executed appropriately with all quality parameters being adhered to. c. Nurture the L&amp;D Leads in the BUs in managing the various stages of the L&amp;D process smoothly and in bringing in progressive L&amp;D practices to their BUs. d. Learning Impact Measurement and ROI on Learning initiatives is something that this role will spearhead. e. Partner the Corporate L&amp;D team in undertaking new e-learning initiatives. 3. Leadership Development - Incumbent will be responsible to identify the leadership development needs and define short-term and long-term development plans. She/he should also be able to guide and mentor leaders to identify and address their development needs. 4. Employee Engagement a. Needs to identify the organizational implications based on the engagement surveys and undertake actions to improve the engagement levels. b. Needs to provide insights based on survey findings and the implications of the findings while defining various organizational and talent strategies. c. Suggest best-in-class practices to ensure the organization is recognized as a great place to work. d. Needs to ensure all R&amp;R practices as per corporate policies are implemented. She/he needs to champion the common Company Level awards.
