Manager - Learning & Leadership Development - Insurance Firm (12-18 yrs)

The incumbent would be responsible for performance consulting, design and delivery of business specific and organization wide development interventions with measurable business impact.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Consult to and collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to enhance employee development and performance
- Design and implement organizational needs assessment.
- Create and execute Business specific Strategic Learning Plans.
- Consult for performance issues at Individual, Team & Business group levels and design Long-Term Development Interventions using new age Learning Practices.
- Create communication plans, strategic messaging, and promote information sharing that supports organization-wide learning efforts in India
- Support managers and leaders by providing coaching expertise and support
- Identify and research external learning providers to address specific development needs
- Program manage key L&D Initiatives across organization, India and globally wherever required.
- Network effectively across a complex organizational structure, building relationships across business groups in order to ensure that the service delivers relevant, value-added solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Hands-On person with excellent stakeholder management (even the onshore stakeholders) & excellent communication skills
- Should be able to build strong consultative relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications & Prior Experience :
- MBA/Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences/Human Resources Management/ Organizational Development or related area from a reputed college/university. Post Qualification experience of 12+ years in L&LD
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals.
- Substantial experience across Performance Consulting, Learning Solution design, leading change management initiatives, group facilitation & Team interventions.
- Demonstrated advisory experience with senior level HR and business executives
- Professional Certifications relating to Training Delivery and Performance Consulting
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and administration skills.
- Demonstrate ability to handle extremely challenging, difficult and volatile situation / individuals effectively.
