Report to : Head HR

Grade: Manager - Band G

Experience: 7-10 years, Should be minimum 7 years

Education: MBA HR with 7-9 years of relevant work experience

Supports the business by enhancing the capabilities / skills of the organization to meet the business challenges through :

- Training & Development interventions

- Create a conducive work environment through Employee Engagement

- Enhance employee motivation through Reward & Recognition of superior performance

- Talent Development

- Talent Engagement

- New Hire Orientation

- Employee Communication

- Training Infrastructure

- Developmental

- HSW

Typical Outputs:

- Developing a training plan based on business & employee needs.

- Designing behavioral & functional training for all departments

- Facilitating programs and sourcing appropriate faculty

- Monitoring effectiveness of training interventions

- New Hire Orientation

- Developing & managing employee engagement programmes

- Ensuring regular & timely reward & recognition
