We are looking for a creative & dynamic Learning & Development Manager for a fast-growing startup, one of India's largest technology platforms delivering digital solutions for workforce management, throughout the entire value chain. Role Overview: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for L&D training and initiatives, including design, procurement, delivery for a specific business unit. Specific responsibilities: 1. Work as an L&D business partner with relevant stakeholders as appropriate 2. Use a range of techniques to obtain an initial brief from internal stakeholders 3. Create and execute learning strategies and programs 4. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs 5. Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) 6. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training 7. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities 8. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing 9. Track budgets and negotiate contracts 10. Being a role model for the L&D profession Requirements to succeed: 1. Constant and Curious Learner. 2.
