L&D Manager - Technology Firm
Reporting into Head L&D, your responsibilities would include the following :
- Support the deployment of training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives
- Work closely with Regional teams to identify the training needs
- Collate the training need analysis for needs in functional, behavioral and leadership areas across all functions
- Deliver training programmes
- Design training calendars as per the employee's development areas
- Ensuring the cost is controlled and within the budgets
- Partner with external vendors to deliver specialized training programs, as needed
- Identify the most advanced methodologies of delivering training's like ramifications, e-leanings, job-rotations and deploy them
- Ensure all learning material is in compliance with the organisation's policy
