Role : Manager - L&D (Technology Consulting) CTC - 15 - 17 Lakhs (Plus Variable) Experience - 8 to 10 years Location : Gurgaon Job Description: - Advise Partners on latest market trends in technology. - Identify Knowledge Gaps & create an L&D strategy for the Technology Consulting (Advisory) Practice. - Overseeing the deployment of the learning plan. To qualify for the role you must have: - BE / BCA + MBA (HR) - 8 - 9 years of post-qualification experience.
