Job Related Skills & Characteristics :
A) Specified
1. Technical Training Management : Investigate future technology & arrange required training related to future technology for TM.
Implement internal dept. rotation including new areas, identify each group specific training needs and arrange trainings (webinar, conference, classroom etc)
2. Administrative Management Skills to support TM's hirings and organize Division meetings, Budget estimation etc.
3. Reading, Writing & Speaking of both English & Japanese Language, Translation Skill from Japanese to English and vice versa & understanding about
The technical terms used in designs (drawings & standards) >N2 Level
B) Desirable
1. Create & maintain database on server related to trainings, policies, competencies etc.
2. Knowledge about the best practices in market to improve current company policies.
3. Knowledge about Webinar, Conference arrangements.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Identify training need in R&D, Planning & implementation of different trainings (In house, DNJP & External),
Maintain database of R&D members related to trainings, individual competencies)
2. Enhance team spirit among the TMs through deployment of new ideas, improve current policies, clarify current policies to TMs
3. To control attrition in R&D, propose new ideas to Management & improve current policies, support for new TM's hiring
4. Monthly R&D meeting management, coordination of other meeting for management
5. Translation of TC documents as per different department requirement.
