With the growth and recent acquisition of FlexAbility in India, there is a requirement to strengthen our L&D team in country. The L&D Manager India will play a key role in the integration and the adoption of AMS culture, standards and ways of working, focusing initially on the leadership team and people managers.

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead the L&D strategy and learning framework execution for all India based employees - remote and onsite

- Deliver Train the Trainer and training (virtual and face to face) for colleagues at all levels and stages of experience

- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders including SMEs, HRBPS, TA and AMS global Talent & Development team and external providers as well as internal and external networks and business forums to identify and agree learning interventions

- Interpret individual, group skills and training needs, clarify business priorities and align to relevant learning

- Lead the design, sourcing and delivery of learning content to ensure high quality, fit for purpose and sustainable content (face to face, virtual and micro) training at leadership and colleague levels

- Communication, promotion and embedding of content to ensure our colleagues take advantage of the offering, complete learning courses/content and understand the effect on performance

- Create and oversee a pool of virtual trainers from within the business to support delivery

- Work with 3rd party suppliers (in sourcing content and delivery)

- Enhance the user experience with our learning technology platforms

Performance Outcomes:

- X% attendance on training courses (trending a declining dropout rate)

- Engaged employees who feel developed, measured through course feedback, regular HRBP connect forums, exit interview feedback, internal promotions, and career development of talent

- Feedback on EVM engagement survey to trend upwards for manager support (%s to be confirmed with goals)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

- Pro-actively stays abreast of market and industry trends, regularly updating the team on developments and their impact on L&D

- Experience of building strong internal networks to support in the development and delivery of learning interventions

- Evidence of strong communication skills with stakeholders, in person and remotely (be heard, influence, credible, assertive)

- Ability to influence, making things happen through others

- Proven track record of managing end to end learning program and academies including the design, delivery and evaluation of training course content, training plans and associate collateral

- Ability to design and deliver both face to face and virtual training at leadership and colleague levels

- Success in managing Leadership and Management Development

- Ability to Train the trainer (remotely as well as face to face)

- Experience in enhancing the LMS user experience

- Experience of working to and positively impacting the key measures of Personal Growth, Reduced attrition, Talent Progression

- Passion for growing individuals through a high-performance culture

- Willingness to travel in country
