Manager - Learning & Development - Retail

Required :

- Minimum 8 - 10 years of exp in Talent Transformation Projects.

- Excellent understanding of Train the Trainer program

- Experience in Retail, hospitality, telecom industry is preferred

- Understanding of facilitation, content design & MIS is required

- The person should be aware about mystery Audit, Net promoter score, Learning effectiveness from store to region level, process revamping

Role Summary :

Support corporate training manager in driving corporate learning initiatives and be the interface for implementing corporate initiatives in the region. Additionally, be the custodian of all special projects within TT team

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Understand and align to talent transformation department priorities and goals

- Understand business requirements and identify learning needs by consulting with stakeholders

- Tailor the learning and provide solutions/ approaches / methodologies to suit organization's perspectives and business requirements

- Research and bring L&D best practices and trends into the discussions to suggest and recommend solutions

- Partner with HR teams for culture building and employee engagement

- Support Head of TT in strategizing and managing special projects (mystery audits, omnichannel, NPS etc.) that support business requirements

- Drive special projects implementation at corporate and regions

- Support in managing budgets for special projects

- Review, publish and present training analysis through agreed MIS formats

- Play the role of an interface between regions and corporates to ensure smooth transition of all learning initiatives for the regions

- Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs for intra and inter teams as required

- Oversee and ensure course effectiveness, analyze findings and take corrective actions for regions

- Facilitate learning workshops on assigned topics as a subject matter expert (SME)

- Use innovative techniques to sustain learning beyond the classroom

- Recommend and use appropriate learning technologies (E-learning, LMS, Simulations, Gamification, AI, ML etc.)

- Adapt non-conventional/innovative learning avenues (theatre, music, community learning platforms etc.)

- Contribute towards content design
