Responsibility and Accountabilities :
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and effectively deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Run Assessment Centers and Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Implement learning effectiveness tools in form of certifications & audits
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Hire and oversee training with a lean team
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Strong focus on innovation / Design Thinking and deep understanding of the business
- Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment
