Work Location : Mumbai
About the role :
Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of CULTivators by helping them advance their skills and knowledge. This position assesses learning and development needs to drive training initiatives and executes suitable training solutions for employees.

Key responsibilities :
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Work closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their department and training requirements
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, mentorship, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training's.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
- Plan and execute new hire induction programs
Job Requirements :
- Curiosity and demonstrated ability to work on unconventional ways
- Proven experience as L & D Manager or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, well-organized and presentation skills
