Manage all learning & development as well as talent management responsibilities within Organization Global businesses as the L&D and Talent SPOC.

Responsibilities include:

- Driving the Group-level learning agenda within their business in partnership with the Central Learning University (LU) team

- Contributing towards the planning and design of Group-level learning initiatives by bringing in business insights to make them relevant and aligned to business needs

- Working along with the top management of the business to conduct the Learning Need Identification process and set the learning agenda for the business

- Facilitating the Business Academy Learning Council or the Business Learning Council, as appropriate

- Creating the functional/technical learning framework for the business

- Planning, coordinating and executing the functional/technical learning agenda for the business

- Liaising with other L&D SPOCs / LMS Admins within the business and aligning them with the business learning agenda

- Tracking and reporting of learning metrics to the business and to the central PLU team.

- The BLL typically will also hold LMS Administrator responsibilities for the business

Skills Required

- 4-7 years of experience in Learning, preferably in the Pharma / Healthcare sector

- Exposure to manufacturing sites preferred
