About Client: Our client is the Market leader and pioneer of providing infrastructure services across the telecom circle for last 10 years. It is a major part of one of the largest Telecom organization with manpower of over 5000 employees in Pan India. Role Brief: - The incumbent would be leading the Learning &amp; Development function for Pan India. The role is based at the Head office at Gurgaon and reports to the Head HRBP. - The person would be responsible to streamline L&amp;D function across Pan India by designing &amp; implementing L&amp;D policies &amp; strategies, access the Training needs, identifying HIPO's and liaison with experts to bring L&amp;D sessions in the organization. Desired Skills and expertise: - 2 years full-time MBA with 3 to 5 years in L&amp;D space - Mandatory. - Hands-on experience of working in high corporate. - Strong at written and spoken communication. CTC to offer - 11 to 13LPA (variable inclusive) PS: Not looking for Trainers in this role, only for smart L&amp;D professionals with experience of setting up L&amp;D function in large corporate.
