7+ years of relevant experience in Leadership Development and Behavioral skill training.

Role Brief:

The incumbent would be heading Leadership Development team in the L&D function.

You should have extensive experience on creating Management Development programs, training on Behavioral Skills and partner with Third Party Vendors & internal Stakeholders on E-Learning modules.

You should have the ability to create annual training budget, TNA, handle E-Learning team of designers, hands on with L&D projects and can connect with business schools, finance-training institutions and analytics-training institutes.

The role is based at Navi Mumbai and reports to the Head - Training & Development.

Desired Skills and expertise:

- Strong on Leadership Development and providing Behavioral training.

- Hands on experience of E-learning modules and L&D projects.

- Minimum Experience - 9-10 years.

- Experience in partnering with third parties and internal stakeholders for L&D and OD.

- Strong at written and spoken communication
