Media Organization - Mumbai

To support the organisational vision of establishing itself as a Learning organisation through sustained focus on Digital learning, Learning Innovations and Modern Workplace learning practices.

Key Responsibilities -

Organisational Learning Needs:

- Partner with key stakeholders like BUHR, Managers, Department & function heads and Senior Leadership in identifying and capturing of learning needs in an annual, quarterly and ad-hoc interval.

- Analysis of Learning needs identified to identify and establish learning outcomes and goals

- Design of Learning intervention, solutions to help business in meeting these learning goals

- Deployment and Delivery of the learning intervention

- ROI, Impact and Feedback analysis using Kirkpatrick framework to establish program efficacy

- Customising of content, design and solution basis feedback and inputs from impact analysis

- Supervise and monitor execution of Learning programs and interventions through external consultants and partners where applicable

- Supervise execution of Learning Intervention logistics and implementation to ensure optimum learner experience

- Facilitate on a need basis functional & behavioural skills programs for Junior Management and ICs.

Digital Learning:

- Optimise utilisation of the Digital Learning Portal at the organization through curation, content creation and integrated communications from Bodhitree on various learning interventions

- Collaborate with ecosystem of tech partners, AI platform, Content Library and HRIS provider to ensure optimum learner experience

- Partner with internal external SMEs to create and curate content for the Learning portal

- Source, evaluate, assess and deploy various technology solutions to optimise usage of the Bodhitree portal in collaboration with support teams like IT, Commercials and Finance.

Innovation & Modern Workplace Learning Practices:

- Research, Analyse and stay abreast with modern workplace earning practices in L&D

- Bring to life Innovative learning practices at the organization particularly in the space of Game based learning, Social Learning and Digital Learning to enhance and add value the learning ecosystem at the organization.

New Joiner Orientation:

- Drive the corporate induction program to ensure an excellent new hire experience and seamlessly integrate the new hires in the organization culture through Business Orientation and Foundation Programs.

- Bring in digital learning and innovation to enhance the new joiner orientation and onboarding experience in collaboration with various functions and teams at organization.

Learning Calendars, Projects & Initiatives:

- Design, Deploy and execute learning program calendar.

- Design and Execution of learning initiatives such Wide Angle Wednesdays

- Design, Project Management & Execution of ad-hoc learning interventions

Research and Curation:

- Research and Framework- Design approach & framework for execution of organizational learning projects keeping research as the basis for all discussions. Partnering with various stakeholders such as BUHRs, COE Leads, BU Heads, HODs, Managers and Employees in Design, Deployment and execution various learning projects.

MIS and Reporting:

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly MIS to various stakeholders- Leadership, Senior Management and internal mis team.

- Collaborate with HR MIS team to continually improve on MIS and report out quality for the Learning team

Learning Policy & Processes:

- Advice and Support Employees, managers and BUHRs in interpretation and execution of L&D policies such as Back to School.

Vendor Management:

- Identification and sourcing of external vendors, training partners and academia for partnership in various learning interventions and projects.

- Collaborating and ensuring execution of the intervention maintaining high standards of output and learner experience.

Team Management:

- Ensure high standards of execution, logistics support and deployment of various learning interventions and initiatives through entry level team resources and interns.

- Manage, advise monitor and guide the performance of team members in a people manager role.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Number of Learning Requisitions serviced within TAT

- Program Feedback for Learning Interventions conducted

- Digital Learning Uptake of Bodhitree

- Impact Analysis of Learning Interventions

- Learning Content Creation and Curation

- Number of BTS requests serviced

Essential Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of post-MBA work experience in an L&D role.

- Having prior experience in Digital learning.
