Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop content for training programs
- Facilitate instructor led training programs and follow-up implementation of post training projects
- Handle OD Projects - rolled out by corporate as well as BU specific
- Facilitate & anchor Functional Competency Development framework
- Handle TII Certification programs
- Visit BUs on a regular basis and provide support in BU projects
- Co-ordinate with identified external trainers & facilitate programs and post training projects
