Role outline is mentioned below :
- Knowledge of working on and upgrading LMS
- Create e-learning / online learning modules as per our needs
- Design emails / templates (eg Learning Capsule) from time to time
- Explore and implement new learning technologies and methodologies
- Identify T&D needs for members and devise individual learning plans
- Design, oversee and manage the delivery of training and development programmes
- Develop and take effective induction / orientation programmes for new members
- Plan and assess the ROI of training / development programmes
- Work within the allocated budget and find solutions to implement the required training
- Work closely with TL, concerned training partners and the HR team to come up with required training programs
- Work on L&D related special projects from time to time
Experience and Education :
- 5-6 years- experience of working on an L&D Asst Manager / Manager
- Be proficient in MS office and some basic designing knowledge
- Significant experience in working on e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills - good ability to build relations with stakeholders
- MBA - HR (Experience in L&D) - If someone is with a law background, that would be even better
