Responsibilities:
Role majorly involves designing content and delivering the same:
- Managing an entire region on all aspects of Training such as New Employee Training Programs, Employee Development Program, and Competency based trainings either Classroom, Online or Blended Sessions.
- Overall management of L&D related New Projects either application based or experiential based learning platforms along with many other internal system development projects. Ensuring smooth end to end implementation in liaison with different stakeholders of the organization.
- Content Creation - Creating and Editing Training contents
- Global LMS administration - Uploading, Assigning content, reports management and overall day to day LMS management
- Vendor Management - 3 party quotation, Due Diligence, Agreements, SAP based invoice processing and end to end Vendor processing.
