Hiring Specialist in L&D (Learning & Development) and OD (Organizational Development) :
- Project manage special L&D (Learning & Development), OD (Organizational Development), and other HR-related initiatives / projects end-to-end
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to scope the project requirements and define the project outcome
- Collaborate end-to-end with the stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of special projects - from setting agenda, leading project meetings, to following up on action items
- Develop project plans and deliver integrated solutions, which are efficient, effective, and innovative
- Identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Partner with third-party vendors or other internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans and documents including sequencing of tasks, drawing out interdependencies, scheduling, resource requirements, roles and responsibilities, status templates, roadmap, process improvements, etc. to drive quality output
- Accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects / initiatives on schedule
- Ensure timely communication and flow of information among leadership and key stakeholders for projects / initiatives
- Draw up and deploy impact assessments / effectiveness criteria to measure project success
- Develop clear change-management strategies and governance mechanisms to minimize any disruption after project completion
Should Be :
- Specialist in L&D (Learning & Development) and OD (Organizational Development)
- Experience in end-to-end project management
- Experience in partnering with third parties for L&D and OD
- Strong at written and spoken communication
