Manager - Learning & Development
Job Purpose :
Learning Partner has the primary responsibility for conceptualizing and execution of the Professional Development, Core Skills and Functional Skills training curriculum/programs as per the agenda of Business Teams.
Key responsibilities :
- Working efficiently in a matrix organization and ensuring that learning outcomes are driven as per business objectives
- Managing relationships with business leadership and employees to understand their needs and constraints
- Working with stakeholders to ensure Learning objectives are met communicating with them to drive the change and demonstrating performance improvements through output and throughput measures
- Team management and people management
- Program management of L&D initiatives
- Operational excellence Data management and Analytics
Prerequisites :
- Demonstrated ability to execute plans - Strong analytical skills planning and organizing capability
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills in content design, program management, conduct large scale TNI/TNA and translate the mandates into pragmatic execution plans
- Strong commercial acumen and vendor management
- Flexible in taking up responsibilities utilizing a variety of skills. Comfortable with ambiguity
- Very Good oral and written communication skills required
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong conceptual skills - should be able to synthesize and develop training frameworks and content
- Strong command on Microsoft Office Suite
- Post graduate degree in HR or Management Work Experience : 12+ years of relevant experience in IT consulting space with reputed organizations
