Manager - Learning and Development


Job Title/Designation: Manager L&D


Qualification Required: MBA/PGDM

Time Required in Role: 8-10 Years

Job Description:

- Lead Learning Philosophy in terms of Designing process, Vendor Identification and budgeting.

- Learning Needs- Spending time with employees and conduct survey analysis to identify gaps

- Plan and rollout Training Calendar basis on training needs.

- Auditing of internal training and bring quality in all the programs (100% Monthly compliance as per calendar).

- Content Mapping as per requirement along with Organizing & Delivery of Leadership and Soft Skills training.

- Lead Learning Management System (Nomination, Administration, Calendar, Training Hosting) (Vendor selection, Comparative study, in-house design conversation, project timeline, budget etc.).

- Responsible for eLearning modules kick off, Evaluation of Effectiveness

- Responsible to create a capacity building proposal for our NGO (initiate minimum 5 activities in first year)

- Identification & Implementation of Learning needs for leadership skills for entire organisations.

- Conduct MDPs for Leadership Development (Young Leaders , first time managers, mid level managers and leadership development program for GM and above level professionals).

- Conduct Re-Skilling Programs / Manager Orientation Programs / External projects (As per calendar/requirement)

- Participating in minimum 5 external award events to showcase our best practices and achieve minimum 3..

- On Boarding to promote Employer Brand - Sharing Vision, Mission, Core Values and achievements as per new brand / First 30 days, 90 days learning plan (Monthly compliance)

- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, incorporate improvement points.

- Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme. Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

- Ensure that statutory requirements related to L&D are met

- Ensure that organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters related to L & D are maintained and employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

- Create and/or deliver a range of e-learning packages research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires

- Maintain a complete E_database of all the materials related to Training Programmes. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visuals, and other educational materials.

Qualification Required: Must have full time degree in MBA HR

Preference will be given to the candidates having IT Industry background.
