Position: Manager - Learning & Development (L&D) (1 position)

Desired Skills / Competencies / Job Description:

1. Act as a program manager to develop learning journeys which are delivered in a hybrid manner - facilitator-led classroom and online interventions.

2. Take care of Customer Success - make sure program objectives are understood well, implementation is seamless and effectiveness is ensured

3. Work on the ADDIE Framework - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Effectiveness

4. Liaison with key stakeholders like the client, Business Development team, external Facilitators, Vendors, Tech team to create and deliver a wow learning experience for the end-users - the learners

5. Act as a learning partner for the learners (participants undergoing through the Development Journeys)

6. Keep self and the team updated on some of the latest learning trends process that will deliver superior level of candidate experience

We are looking for people who:

1. Have spent a minimum of 5-6 years in the L&D domain, either as a consultant or in the line function, and understand the space really well

2. Have a creative bent - when it comes to communication

3. Believe that L&D space is ripe for disruption and an integrated classroom + tech model supported by fresh content is the way forward

4. Are excellent at handling customers and offering them a delightful experience

5. Are process-oriented, can multi-task, and get the job done

6. Possess excellent communication skills

Experience: Maximum 10 years

Work locations: Mumbai

Salary: Up to 20 LPA
