Broad Job Description :

- To lead and manage the effectiveness of LMS

- Ensure Training evaluation are conducted

- Managing MIS & Budget for L&D

- Ensuring Trainings are conducted line with Strategy

- Managing Induction & Fresh Eyes

- Reviews training materials produced by vendors for appropriateness and relevance

- Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
